I wanted to like this more, but for the price, it just didn’t feel like a great value to me. The gear was okay, but not really enough to make me feel like the cost was justified, especially once shipping was added in. It kind of reminded me that sometimes a higher price doesn’t always mean a better experience. Maybe it’ll work fine for someone else, but personally, I don’t think I’d buy it again

Bought a couple of accessories from Crash Pad Gear and they worked well with my current setup. The fit was close, so I didn’t have to muck around too much, but one part did need a bit of adjusting. Not a massive issue, but yeah, a bit annoying having to tweak it when I thought it’d just go straight on. It wasn’t a big drama, just that extra fiddling was a bit frustrating. Overall though, I’m happy with it and it seems to match up fine with the gear I already had.

I’ve been using it for a little while, and the quality feels average. I’m the kind of person who tends to notice the small stuff first, and the stitching near the edge started fraying quickly, plus one of the corners wore down sooner than I expected. It’s not the worst thing I’ve bought, and it still works fine, but for the price I was hoping it would hold up better...

I had a decent experience with their customer service. I messaged them about my order and they got back to me the next day, which was fine, though I kind of got the sense they might’ve been a bit backed up or short-staffed. The person who replied was helpful and got everything sorted without making it a big deal. I’m only not giving 5 stars because I would’ve liked a quicker response, but overall I’m still happy with how it turned out.

The insulation is good and it does what it’s supposed to do, but wow, it’s bulkier than I expected. It’s kind of annoying to carry around or store because it takes up more space than I’d like. Good performance, just wish it wasn’t such a chunky thing to deal with...

The zipper jammed the first time I tried to use it and then ended up breaking completely (not exactly a great start). For the price, I expected better, so yeah, disappointing.

I got exactly what I ordered, and it showed up after a few days. I can’t remember if I placed the order on a Monday or Tuesday, but it arrived not long after, so no complaints. The gear feels solid so far, and the website was easy enough to use.

Getting this thing set up took way longer than it should have. The instructions were confusing and I kept having to guess what to do next, which was super frustrating. That said, once I finally got through it, it wasn’t the end of the world... but wow, the setup process really needs work.

I got a crash pad from crashpadgear.com it kind of confirmed what I already thought, it’s a really practical one to carry around. It’s not too heavy, folds up easily in the car, and I can move it by myself without any real hassle. The straps could feel a bit nicer, but apart from that I’m happy with it and it suits what I needed

I went to check it out and there was barely anything in stock. felt like a waste of time and energy getting myself over there just to leave empty-handed.

The gear seemed fine at first, but when I needed help with the warranty, it just dragged on way too long. I had to follow up a few times and the replies were short — actually, not even short so much as kind of unhelpful. It didn’t really feel like they were interested in getting it sorted. For what I paid, I expected better.

The material is okay overall... not bad or anything!!! It’s just a bit thinner than I thought it would be, so that was a little disappointing?? Still usable though!!

I got caught in some rain and my gear still ended up damp, which was disappointing. Not saying it’s a scam, but I definitely expected better protection from something that’s supposed to handle wet weather.

It’s handy and easy to use, which I appreciate. I’m usually careful about what I spend, so I was glad it felt worth the price without being overly complicated

I grabbed this from Crash Pad Gear thinking it would hold up a bit better, but it didn’t take long before I was already annoyed with it. After just a few uses, the stitching started coming loose, which is frustrating when you’re expecting something decent for the price.
The padding also flattened out way quicker than I thought it would. Maybe I just got a dud, but I don’t really have the patience for gear that starts failing almost straight away. I wouldn’t buy it again if durability is something you actually care about.

I ordered my usual size, and for some reason it was way too tight. that’s really frustrating because I shouldn’t have to guess if my normal size is going to fit. Now I have to deal with the return process, which was annoying too. Not happy with this at all.

Ordered a jacket and yeah... totally got the wrong size. Had to send it back. The return process was straightforward, which was a relief. I messaged them and they got back to me in about a day, maybe a little less. Refund took longer than I wanted, honestly. But it did come through in the end. No hassle, no weird back and forth. I’d use them again.

It showed up later than expected, but everything arrived in good condition. If you’re not in a hurry, it’s probably not a big deal, but I would’ve liked it to get here on time

The bag looked fine when I first got it, but rain got through way faster than I expected. I only went on a short ride and still had to deal with damp stuff inside afterward, which was just annoying because I then had to dry everything out. It might be okay for a light drizzle, but I wouldn’t trust it in proper wet weather.
